Crozer Health patient portals make it easy for patients to securely access their inpatient and outpatient results and also view and pay bills online.
Crozer Health has launched a consolidated patient portal, called HealthLink, for both inpatient and outpatient care. This technology allows us to have faster and more convenient access to our patients’ records wherever they go in the Crozer Health system and provide them with more efficient and effective care.
With HealthLink, patients are able to:
Access medical records
View lab and imaging results
Review medications and vaccinations
View appointment data for provider office practices
Communicate via secure messaging with your doctors

Hospital Patient Portal
The CKHospital patient portal was discontinued on November 1, 2021, but you can still access your care records until the end of November.
Imaging Online Scheduling
Patients can now schedule appointments for routine mammograms and DEXA bone density scans online from their home or office.
myCKHealth Patient Portal
The myCKHealth patient portal has been discontinued as of October 25, 2021. Please use the Health+Link Portal or call your providers office.
