Preparing for Your Visit
When you know you are going to be visiting one of our hospitals and staying overnight, it's best to be prepared ahead of time - before you leave your home. Following is information for pre-admission testing and pre-surgical testing that you should read and follow prior to your visit to a Crozer Health hospital.
Crozer Health offers Pastoral Care Services to alleviate suffering and enhance the healing of our patients by supporting their spiritual needs. Pastoral care services are offered at our four hospitals. All patients have the right to access Pastoral Care Services at Crozer Health.
Visiting the Emergency Department
Emergency situations are difficult for all involved and the care process can feel overwhelming at times. We have provided the following information to help you navigate this process and understand what to do when you arrive, as you register and when you are discharged.
Patient Experience Department
Crozer Health’s Patient Experience staff (team) is available to assist patients when they need someone to advocate for them, listen to them, give them support, help with problem-solving and much more.
Patient Experience staff are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
