Crozer Health’s Patient Experience staff (team) is available to assist patients when they need someone to advocate for them, listen to them, give them support, help with problem-solving and much more.
Patient Experience staff are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enhanced Security to Protect You
Hospitals and healthcare facilities face unique challenges regarding the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and employees. Crozer Health is no exception, and we have been working diligently to ensure our patients, visitors and employees are safe in our facilities at all times.
Crozer Health has entered into an agreement with a specialized, systemwide security partner, Securitas. We have invested a substantial amount of capital in security-related facility enhancements, to be implemented in stages, including:
- Creating a Security Operations Monitoring Center
- Installing additional metal detectors
- Upgrading technology, including video monitoring
- Placing security guards at key entrance points
- Upgrading our infant monitoring system to protect newborn
We are confident that with our new partner and our system enhancements, we are well-positioned to protect all who enter our facilities.
