There are two ways to request or schedule an appointment:

Sign up for an account
Register for a portal account to see your history of scheduled outpatient imaging appointments for all hospitals and imaging centers within the health system. The portal allows you to cancel or reschedule existing appointments.

Guest access
You can schedule appointments without registration. 

Directly schedule appointments for:

• DEXA scans for bone density testing
• Mammograms - Screening and Diagnostic

System requirements:
