High School Credentials

Provide official documents High school
or GED transcript. (Sealed)

International students must submit
official evaluation report indicating
earned credentials equivalent to a U.S.
High School diploma.

Transcripts

Any college credits.

Observation

Observe a Neurodiagnostic Technologist.

Program Director will set this up with you.

Clearances

*Obtain background clearances. 

All dated within 6 months of start of program.
(May have to be repeated during program.)

1. PA Criminal History Report
2. Federal Criminal History (FBI) Report
3. PA Child Abuse History Clearance
4. 7 year state and county with SSN and address verification.
