The Basics: An Introduction to Mild Cognitive Impairment, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia

You are invited to attend a series of educational seminars designed to help prepare you for the journey of providing care to a person living with memory loss.

We plan on offering this series on a continuous basis. If you are not able to secure a spot for this series, please ask to be put on a waiting list so that we may contact you when the next set of dates is announced.

Presented by the Crozer Health Center for Geriatric Medicine and Crozer Health Senior Health Services.
We are asking that attendees RSVP. Attendance is capped at 25 participants that we hope will follow along with us through the entire series as each topic covered is designed to help guide you down the different paths of your caregiving journey.
