Crozer Health 's Stroke Support Groups provides support, information and a sense of community to stroke survivors, their caregivers and their family members.

The support group provides an opportunity to connect with others and share experiences. Each session will include time for open discussion as well as tips, tools and facts about stroke recovery.

The support group meets in the Rehab Cafe (4th floor of the main hospital).

Special COVID procedures:
- All attendees must RSVP.
- Everyone attending will have their temperature checked when they arrive and be given a mask to be worn at all times.
- Eating and drinking will be restricted during the meeting.
- The Rehab Cafe will be cleaned before and after the meeting.
