Five medical options, two dental plans, plus prescription drug and vision benefits add up to generous coverage for you and your family - in sickness and in health. Our medical plans provide up to 100% coverage for many services when you use Crozer Health facilities and Tier 1 Crozer Health providers (copays and deductible may apply), plus a wide range of preventive benefits. Fill your prescriptions in the Crozer Health Employee Pharmacy and pay the lowest copays.

Financial Protection

Recognizing the importance of financial protection in the event of illness, injury, or even death, your benefits include fully paid basic life and accidental death coverage. Eligible employees may also purchase optional term life and accidental death coverage for you, your spouse, and/or your children. Your benefits include long-term disability benefits for full-time employees (part-time employees may purchase coverage). Eligible employees may select an optional long-term disability benefit enhancement and short-term disability to round out your benefits package.
