Crozer Health Introduces Online Scheduling Portal for Outpatient Testing Services

Crozer Health is pleased to introduce a new portal for patients to schedule select outpatient testing appointments online.

The Crozer Health Scheduling Portal allows any existing patient already enrolled in the health system to schedule routine mammogram appointments and DEXA bone density scans from the Crozer Health website.

Patients can use the portal to request other imaging appointments, such as diagnostic mammograms, CT/CAT scans and MRI testing. Additional services will be available through the portal in the near future.

Registered patients are able to see their other outpatient diagnostic appointments that have been scheduled for all hospitals and imaging centers within the health system. The portal allows patients to cancel or reschedule existing appointments.

While the portal is currently available only to existing patients, new patients can call for assistance and receive instructions on how to schedule once they are registered within the system.
