Crozer Health’s April Sleep Support Group to Focus on CPAP Education
If you are struggling to use a CPAP machine, or are wondering if you should give one a try to improve your sleep, you should attend the next meeting of the Crozer Health Sleep Center's support group on Tuesday, April 10 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.
The support group is for people who think they may have a sleep disorder, or who have already been diagnosed. The meeting is scheduled for the Community Room at Crozer Health at Broomall, 30 Lawrence Road in Broomall, Pa.
This month’s interactive session will focus on education and demonstrations of Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) machines. You’ll also learn how treatment can improve your sleep and your health. Most importantly, you’ll create new friendships with others who have had a similar experience or have undergone treatment for a sleep disorder.
Light refreshments will be available. For information or to register, call 1-888-SLEEP-03 (1-888-753-3703) or visit the Calendar page of the Crozer Health website. Walk-ins are welcome and there is plenty of free parking.
