Crozer Health Recognizes Cynthia Everton, RN as a DAISY Award Winner for Nursing Excellence

Cynthia Everton, RN who works at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, was recognized as a DAISY Award winner for providing excellent patient care. The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses every day.

Cynthia’s patient, who was also a nurse, noted in her nomination how Cynthia’s support during a very difficult time was amazing. Her colleagues say she is a “gem” and a pleasure to work with.  

“Cynthia is an amazing nurse who is in touch with her patients,” said Danny Shearn, CCMC’s Chief Nursing Officer. “She’s compassionate and understanding.”
