Application Procedure
Eligibility: The Crozer Health Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program is open to all primary care physicians who have completed a residency, including family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine emergency medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation.
Length of Fellowship: One year
Number of Positions: Accredited for two
Applications: All applications to the Crozer Health Sports Medicine Fellowship Program must come through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The deadline for receiving applications is October 1. Interested physicians should follow this link for steps to ERAS application.

Interviews: Candidates will be contacted for personal interviews, which are conducted between October 1 and December 14 for the fellowship beginning July 1 of the following year.
