Crozer Health Recognizes Nine Employees of the Quarter

Crozer Healthrecently acknowledged nine employees with Employee of the Quarter awards for the 2nd Quarter of 2018. Recipients received a framed certificate and a $100 check.

Cynthia Jordan of Wallingford, Pa. (center, with award) is a medical receptionist in the sports medicine department for Crozer Health Medical Group.

“Cynthia is the ‘rock' of this office," says a colleague. "She takes on any additional tasks with a smile. Cynthia is kind to patients and staff and never has a bad word to say.  She is the consummate team player and treats all patient with compassion and respect. Cynthia is an excellent ambassador.”

Jeanine Cavicchia (second from right) of Philadelphia is a medical assistant in the Gastroenterology department at Crozer Brinton Lake in Glen Mills, Pa.

A supervisor says “Jeanine is my medical assistant and go-to person in the office. She has an excellent rapport with patients and the patience of a saint when dealing with insurance companies. I could not do my best work as a physician without Jeanine on my team. She takes on any responsibility without a single complaint. Jeanine goes above a beyond in communicating with our patients. I am grateful for her hard work and positive attitude.”

Kristen Zimmerman (center, with award) of Glenolden, Pa. is a radiology tech in Diagnostic Imaging at Crozer Health Broomall.

A colleague says “Kristen goes out of her way on a daily basis to provide the best patient care as well as help each and every one of her coworkers. Her selfless work ethic is an excellent example to all. Kristen is always eager to help each department when they are busy and need assistance with patients.  Whether she is bringing a patient back for another department or covering the front desk, she is always willing to go out of her way to help others.”

Rachel Parker (center) of Ridley Park, Pa. is a CT technologist at Springfield Hospital.

“Rachael is courteous and kind when interacting with patients and family. She always has a smile on her face and is delightful to work with. Rachel goes above and beyond her job responsibilities to help our patients,” says a colleague.

Lauren Mancini (center right, front row) of Wilmington, Del., is a social worker in the child base outpatient mental health department at Community Hospital in Chester, Pa..

A co-worker says, “Lauren works well under extreme pressure due to the complexity of clients that she sees. She communicates with clients in a proper and timely fashion and adjusts well to various situations. Lauren is an amazing asset to our department.”

Ruthie Burke (center) of West Chester, Pa., is a radiology tech at the Crozer Health Surgery Center at Haverford in Havertown.

“Ruthie is an x-ray tech officially, but wears many hats around here. She is a dedicated employee, who definitely, in my opinion and many others, is worthy of this recognition. Ruthie is knowledgeable in various areas and always willing to help wherever and whenever she can,” says a co-worker.

Darlene Pannucci (center-left, holding award) of West Chester, Pa. is a telemetry nurse at Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Upland.

A co-worker says “Darlene is always at work on time, follows all the necessary steps in taking care of her patients. She is extremely respectful and always on point. Darlene offers continuous team support, helps with extra projects, and patients state her name in rounds as an excellent nurse – she is an asset to our team.”

“Rochelle is friendly and accommodating to patients and staff alike. She is the true definition of a team player. Rochelle's hard work and dedication to the department is both admirable and appreciated,” says a colleague.

A co-worker comments, “Tamika goes above and beyond his job responsibilities and is very dedicated to his co-workers and our patients. Patients always comment about her excellent care. Tamika has an incredible work ethic and works as a team player on a daily basis. She always conducts herself in a positive and professional manner.”
