Hospice is care and support for terminally ill people and their loved ones. The Hospice philosophy encourages the continuation of a meaningful life in the presence of a life-limiting illness. Hospice neither prolongs life nor hastens death, Staff members assist in minimizing pain, offering comfort, and helping patients maintain their dignity.
Crozer Health’s team offers physical, spiritual, and emotional support for patients in both hospital and in-home settings. Care can be provided in your home, in an assisted living center or personal care home, or in a nursing home.
