Crozer Health Announces Breast Cancer Team Appointments
Chantal Reyna, M.D., FACS, FSSO, was named Chief of Breast Surgery and Medical Director of the Crozer Health Breast Program earlier this year. In addition, Dr. Reyna recently added Breast Surgical Oncologist, Jandie Schwartz, D.O. to the breast surgical team.
Drs. Reyna and Schwartz are dedicated to early detection and treatment of breast cancer and focus on both the surgery and the future cosmetic outcome. They see patients throughout the area from Crozer Health offices in Broomall, Drexel Hill, Glen Mills, and Upland, Pa.

“Our team is patient-centric and we believe in a team-based approach to care,” said Dr. Reyna. “We develop a unique plan to meet the individualized needs of each patient and include them as an integral participant in their care. Our breast team will work with patients to discuss their goals and priorities so that we make the best decision together.”
Prior to joining Crozer Health, Dr. Reyna held faculty positions as a breast surgical oncologist at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center. She completed her fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa and her surgical residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, and Association of Women Surgeons.
Dr. Schwartz was most recently completed her breast surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center-Magee Women’s Hospital, Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology. She completed her surgical residency at Inspira Health Network in southern New Jersey. She is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology. She serves as Medical Board Advisor for Survivingbreastcancer.org, a nonprofit breast cancer organization, and is the founder of Breast Cancer Book Club™, a nonprofit breast cancer support group.
