Treatment of psychiatric disorders in the older adult is complex, as multiple factors interact to affect health status. An experienced team of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and therapeutic activity staff work together to provide the highest standard of safe care by attending to the patient’s physical, psychological and social needs.
We accept most major insurances. If you are uninsured, we have staff available to help you through the medical assistance application process.
Please bring all of the following that apply when you come for intake:
- Picture ID
- Insurance cards
- Social Security card
- Custody or guardianship documents
- Hospital/partial discharge instructions
- List of medications
- Financial information needed if using sliding fee scale
- Current and past treatment information
The initial intake process can be lengthy and can take up to two and a half hours. In addition, there may be an additional wait during busier times to see a clinician. Please be patient with us as we serve all our patients. We will continually look to improve our process to meet the individuals needs.
